How do I get a quotation?

You can contact us either on email (hire@cavh.co.uk), via our online contact form or just give us a call 02894 465597 . We will then send you an online enquiry form to complete which will help you think about the more technical aspects of your event and your associated needs. We will then create a bespoke quotation for you which can be constantly reviewed until its just right for you.
Have you worked in the venue that I am looking at using?

Corporate AV Hire have been going 20+ years and some technicians have been around longer than that, so odds are we don’t just know the venue you are using but also the indvidual room(s) and staff. Some of the more frequent venues we regulaly work in are: Titanic Belfast, The Merchant Hotel, Titanic Hotel, The Europa Hotel, Crowne Plaza, Galgorm Resort & Spa, Kingfisher Hotel Templepatrick, City Hotel Londonderry, Dunadry & Dunsilly Hotels Antrim and Belfast Harbour Commisioners.
We also undertake events in office and factory spaces as well as museums and outdoor spaces both on stages and in marquees.
I booked Corporate AV Hire for my event and they were great. How far do you travel if I run an event thats not in Belfast?

Corporate AV Hire operate not just throughout Northern Ireland. We also provide audio visual solutions in the south of Ireland and travel across the water to the UK mainland. There is obviously more logistics to this but we handle this all in-house making the whole process simplier for you. Recently we have worked in cities such as Dublin, Killarney, Dundalk, Glasgow, London, Manchester and Edinburgh.
Can I book everything through you?

Everything technical yes. We provide both equipment and technicians to setup, derig and operate during your event. Corporate AV Hire prides themselves on being a full production service and can provide individual components such as only audio equipment or everything down to the last detail.
Services we offer are: Audio reinforcement (PA system), microphones & lecterns, visual screens & projectors as well as control equipment, professional carpeted staging, rigging and lighting equipment, bespoke backdrops.
